Stress Reliever
Stress is a mental or emotional tense caused by problems in your life, work, etc. As you can see stress can happen to us at any time or day. Its something us humans live with and have to deal with. But there are ways you can calm your stress but you can't avoid it. For example, if your stressing over work, then take a break and relax because if you don't, you're gonna get frustrated and more stressed. You can also workout at the gym it'll help you out as well. You can run on a treadmill or a open road it relaxes and clears your mind. Another way you can calm your stress is eating and we all know how we love to eat. Well you gotta be smart on what you eat. Like if you eat junk food, that's not gonna make the stress go away. You are going to want to eat healthy food, I know it sounds nasty or not something that sounds good but trust me you can be creative and it'll be good at the same time. Here is one way you can eat healthy and it'll taste good. Get some strawberries and wash them up in case they are dirty then dip it in dark chocolate. There you go, you got a nice little healthy snack. Strawberries have Vitamin C that can fight body damage and the dark chocolate helps you reduce stress hormones. You can play sports as well to calm down the stress like basketball. I'ts not a sport you need to be in top shape for if you're just having fun with friends. Get a pick up game with your friends and play the game it will help you take your mind of things.

The Effects Stress Does To Your Body
When someone has continuous stress and never gets a break from it they create distress. Distress means an extreme anxiety, sorrow, or pain. Distress can lead to physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping. When we are stressed out we can do stupid things at times because stress inhabits a small part of our brain and that's why we can't function. Stress can also affect your muscles by tensing them up and causing you to get a headache or migraine.

How Stress Can Affect Your Relationships
As you may know when your stressed out your mood can changes real quick and you can become really mean. As we know we can effect the people around us or hurt them in a way. Some people may deal with stress by drinking or doing drugs but that's never the way. You hurt yourself and your body by doing those type of things. You can overdose depending on what you are taking and you can be obsessed with it making it a everyday thing. You can also affect your friends also your family for making dumb chooses like that. Even your behavior can effect your family and friends. The reason I say that is when you're stressed out and mad you don't think about what your about to say you can just let it out and not care. By doing that you can hurt someones feelings or make someone mad. Then you start problems you didn't even want to get into or cause. Eating something is very important and if your stressed make sure to eat but also don't over feed yourself you can gain weight. If you do start to eat a lot you can become obese and that can affect your health. Also don't starve yourself because you're too stressed to eat. Take some time and eat, relax a little it'll help you take away the stress for a bit. If you don't eat it can be a habit and you can become anorexic. So make sure to eat but also don't over do it!
