Parents or Fast Food Restaurants

Blaming fast food companies for the obesity of children would be very ridiculous and it doesn't make sense at all to blame them. But in reality parents have the fault because they don't watch what their kids eat. It's okay to each some junk food but not everyday or constantly try to keep it at a minimum. Parents usually do the grocery shopping and they choose what the whole family eats so it makes them responsible for what children eat at home.
How to Prevent Obesity..
  1. Change your eating habits(not to an extreme)
  2. Exercise/ Be Active ( at least 60 min a day)
  3. Reduce screen time (tv, computers, video games etc)
  4. Keep portions in mind try to make healthy choices
Obesity Can Cause other Health Problems Like...
  • Heart Disease
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • high blood pressure
  • high cholesterol
  • Respiratory problems
  • arthritis
  • and much more...
