1. Put eggs into cold water, and bring to a boil. 2. Once boiling turn off and remove from heat, covered for 10 minutes. 3. Drain the water out of the pan using the lid, and shake up the eggs in the pot to loosen and crack shells. 4. Put in an ice water bath to stop the cooking. 5. Roll the eggs on the counter and then peel from the large end so you use the air pocket to help remove the egg from the shell membrane.
